Say \u201cAsili\u201d and you immediately think of one of the legendary cru of Barbaresco.<\/p>\n

Asili is the name of a magical hill that offers up Nebbiolo grapes that make extraordinarily elegant and powerful wines.<\/p>\n

Between the few lucky winemakers that can put the magic word \u201cAsili\u201d on the labels, there is Ca\u2019del Baio, owned by the Grasso family.
\nWe are highlighting the first release of Barbaresco asili \u201cRISERVA\u201d from Ca\u2019del Baio.<\/p>\n

Bright red in colour with aromas of redraspberry and rhubarb with aromatic bay leaf notes.
\nThe Flavour is rich and persistent with dusty tannins sustained by a fantastic sapidity and fruity allure.<\/p>\n
