When among fans, even with the producers themselves, try to appoint one by one the best cru of the Langhe, heart cru, the highest standing cru Barolo and Barbaresco, someone always mentions Asili, all nod in silent reverence.
\nBehold, we put on an evening all the more fruitful the pleasures of the table (we were all’Inkiostro of Parma, from the superlative chet Terry Giacomello) a number of the cru Barbaresco Asili produced by the Winery Ca\u2019del Baio of the Grasso Family.
