CA’ DEL BAIO «ASILI» BARBARESCO RISERVA

Say “Asili” and you immediately think of one of the legendary cru of Barbaresco.
Asili is the name of a magical hill that offers up Nebbiolo grapes that make extraordinarily elegant and powerful wines.
Between the few lucky winemakers that can put the magic word “Asili” on the labels, there is Ca’del Baio, owned by the Grasso family.
We are highlighting the first release of Barbaresco asili “RISERVA” from Ca’del Baio.
Bright red in colour with aromas of redraspberry and rhubarb with aromatic bay leaf notes.
The Flavour is rich and persistent with dusty tannins sustained by a fantastic sapidity and fruity allure.
